Martin Mbuta
Founder & Creative Director
A Kenyan artist, sculptor, designer, and entrepreneur who sees technology as a canvas and shapes it with purpose, embedding ART into every innovation.
The Journey
Martin Mbuta's 26 years in Oman have gifted him a profound understanding of the region's culture, traditions, and labor laws, which he blends with his Kenyan roots to craft solutions that resonate across borders. As an artist, Martin sees technology as a canvas; as a designer, he shapes it with purpose, embedding ART into every innovation.
In 2010, Martin founded Kenyans in Oman, the formal Kenyan diaspora community in the Sultanate of Oman, which has grown to a population of over 20,000 in 2025 from less than 100 in 2010; a vibrant network that has become the cornerstone of cohesion and support for Kenyan expatriates in Oman.
As a leader, he has been instrumental in building harmony, providing resources, and creating support structures that empower community members to thrive in Oman. His initiatives, from cultural events to advocacy for workers' rights, have strengthened ties between Kenyans and the Omani community, earning him recognition as a bridge-builder across cultures.

Vision & Impact
Martin's passion for connection and empowerment drives Kazipert, where he applies deep knowledge of the domestic job sector's challenges—such as trust deficits, exploitation, and cultural mismatches—to create a platform that uplifts workers and employers alike.
His experience in Oman's structured labor market and his leadership in the diaspora community ensure that Kazipert is tailored to the needs of Kenyan workers, whether serving local households or aspiring to opportunities in the Gulf.
"Technology is my canvas, and every line of code is a brushstroke in creating solutions that empower communities and bridge cultures. At MARTSTEC, we don't just build platforms—we craft experiences that transform lives."
